l would be happy to learn that the disadvantage in the society are given training tailored to their ability, and that they have passion about. ln this way any capital given will be for what the person has developed skills in, ...

l would be happy to learn that the disadvantage in the society are given training tailored to their ability, and that they have passion about. ln this way any capital given will be for what the person has developed skills in, but not just giving monies to them,do their business. TRAINING IN THAT BUSINESS and money management courses would be much more prudent
