An aide to Perry Okudzeto and a member of the Communications monitoring team of the largest Opposition Party, Kofi Agyepong, has described the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party, NPP, as a terrorist, who is arrogant, selfish, shallow-minded and a swift manipulator.
In a post on his official blog, http://kagyepong.wordpress.com, the man who works at the National Office and paid by the party, doubted the loyalty of the Chief Executive of the Party and described him in a very derogatory manner.
Kofi Agyepong, who coordinates media activity under the leadership of Perry Okudzeto, a Deputy Communications Director of the Party, challenged the authority of the General Secretary and hinted that a separate campaign office will be structured to manage the affairs of the party should Nana Akuffo Addo win the October 18th Primaries, which goes to confirm the allegation from Party stalwart, Dr. Arthur Kwabena Kennedy, that Nana Addo again seeks absolute control of the party and campaign resources as was the case in previous elections.
This comment comes in the wake of a fatwa from the National Council of Elders for all members to seize commentary on the recent mishaps in the New Patriotic Party.
The NPP leadership will meet this week to deliberate on several issues, including the concerns raised by the General Secretary on the conduct of some employees of the party.
