Those old NPP ministers especially Osafo Marfo was signing contracts without reading all contracts to the end and decide either to sign or not. More than 20 Ghanaians were killed in Gambia when Ganger Akufo Addo was a minister of Foreign Affair and couldn't do anything meaningful to bring justice to the deceased family. The same Akufo Addo was a minister when diplomat passports got vanished from his hands into the hands of drug dealers.
