If he was released from Kufour cabinet, did Kufour mention why or did he Apraku ever talked about it? Couldn't be maybe he saw something he didn't like and challenged his boss or question him about it been the reason but because he wants peace kept mute contrary to what the writer stipulated. One getting bumped or released from his or her post not necessary means he or her has done something wrong or was incompetent. So it is wrong for the writer supposedly being NPP supporter to use that to dis him and yet ya'll are calling for unity. Nana Addo maybe popular but have ya'll thought about all the allegations level against him and also his health because some Ghanaians are vowed not to make second mistake. I'm not anyhow predicting this honorable man's death but no one knew that Mils was going to. Because of intense pressure leading country called Ghana, some people who truely love Nana Addo will not encourage him to face it because he might not live up to his years that God has given him just like Mills. If he has any ideas to move this country forward, he doesn't have to sit on the seat before he can use it. What happened to the progress Ghana made then with tribal tolerance?
In any case, all the champions of Ghanaian tribalism should note that RACISM, ETHNOCENTRISM, TRIBALISM, AND SIMILAR OTHER SOCIAL GROUPINGS HAVE NOT HELPED MUCH ANY COUNTRY IN ITS QUEST FOR ADVANCEMENT. This is because emphasis on the use of these groupings rather ultimately contribute immensely to the downward spiral of a nation. History is replete with examples for Ghana. The notion of Ashanti superiority(or the superiority of any tribe for that matter)is destructive and should be condemned by all Ghanaians, especially those who count themselves as educated (I mean EUCATED, as in not only being able to read and write).

You are keen on questioning JAK's votes but you refused to realize that he JAK fought from opposition when Mills was a sitting VP and so in terms of popularity, JAK was not different from Mills right? On the other hand, Akuffo Addo in 2008, represented a sitting govt and therefore, benefitted votes from the popularity and performance of the govt and indeed for NPP to rule for 8 years, made the party strong on the ground during Akuffo Addo's time than it was in JAK's time.
The fact remains that people who are not full and recognized members of NPP will never vote for Akuffo Addo bcos of his diabolic and wicked intensions. If you take him for elections ten times, he will lose ten times. Even if he contests the national elections alone (unopposed), he will still not get the 50%+ 1 vote to win. He is too ugly.
