Managing Editor of the Alhajj Newspaper, Alhaji Bature, has admonished supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to prepare their minds to accept the defeat of their flagbearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo for the third time after the polls tomorrow, December 7th 2016.

Describing him as problematic and hard to sell, Alhaji said he was certain Ghanaians would not vote for Akufo-Addo because he is intolerable.
“Being in government for 8 years makes the NPP a strong party but the posturing of your flagbearer is the problem”, he explained.

According to him, Ghanaians cannot compromise on the peace they are currently enjoying and “that is what Nana Addo leadership cannot provides”.

Already, Alhaji Bature posited that the moderate people like Asamoah Boateng and others who could have projected Nana Addo and portrayed him not as intolerable person have been shut up.

He was of the view that Ghanaians will vote for President John Dramani Mahama instead because he is peaceful and the country has enjoyed peace under his first term in government.

“They will vote for President Mahama because when they compare the track records of the two candidates, they believe he is the one whose leadership can move Ghana forward”, he observed.
