Sassuolo insist Alfred Duncan not for sale

Italian Serie A side Sassuolo have ruled out selling Ghana midfielder Alfred Duncan as they prepare to play in next season’s Europa League.

The 23-year-old has been linked with big clubs including AS Roma and Juventus this transfer window.

His former club Inter Milan want to re-sign him but Sassuolo want to retain him for their debut campaign in Europe.

Duncan excelled in 33 Serie A appearances where he scored one goal to help Neroverdi finished sixth.
