Get your definitions right:we don't treat diabetes but manage it.
DM type II definition is not just inability to produce enough insulin but many others produce enough but have insulin resistance from lack of uptake.
Please be careful and provide accurate and detail summary when you write to educate the general public.
weight loss is definitely good in managing DM II.
where are your references so we in the medical community can update ourselves on any medical advancement to help manage our patients.
