Primeval Consult promotes Golf practicals

Primeval Consult, the media events company that organized a seminar on Golf reporting for Ghanaian sports journalists will on Saturday August 24, 2013 hold another event to make the game more attractive at the Achimota Golf Course in Accra.

According to Chief Larry Opare- Otoo, the CEO of Primeval Consult, the event is being held in collaboration with the Ghana Golf Association and it is coming off as a follow up to the seminar and participants will go through the basic practicalities of Golf and learn how to play, swing and score.

He said the one day programme is open to the sports media especially and corporate institutions.

“This is a unique opportunity for all to know about the basic terms in Golf and learn how to play to become champions as well as fraternize with other participants” he said.

Opare-Otoo hinted that the Ghana Golf Association will provide the equipment for the programme and wished that more sports journalists and members of corporate bodies would attend.

He noted that though it is a free show, interested Ghanaians who want to take part must register with telephone number – 0244538087.

He observed that Golf is developing very fast in Ghana and it is about time that most journalists come on board to promote and let the future generations catch up with new trends and terms of the sport. By Sammy Heywood Okine
