Looking at the context in which the word was used, it is obvious that the word had been misused and this writer should always check his words before he throws them out in the open. On the issue of Nana Akufo Addo being subjected to what is being done currently to Mahama, I think that is a very childish argument. What is bad is bad and no matter what and whom the actions go against, those actions must be condemned and not in the least justified because a similar one has taken place earlier. Anyone who takes to such tangent is going on a refractive reasoning spree.

Efo Kossi, I think one has to mind the import of someone's message (couched in the English language) more than the finesse or accuracy of the language itself.
I bet you, you yourself got it wrong right in your write-up: "Devine" is wrong; the correct spelling is "Divine". Isn't it?
That's what happens when you always wear cat and mouse garb to look at issues. |You have little time to ponder over what someone's saying but so much time to pounce on their person and their English blah, blah one the person doesn't sing your party song!
It's one reason the nation is struggling. Mediocrity everywhere on the alter of expediency, big issues are trodden at the expense of frivolous issues.

My fellow, as argued in your piece, the fact that some NDC party acolytes photoshopped Nana Akufo-Addo in similar pornographic flicks in the hope of damaging his image does not mean the NPP should pornify its party morals and values. Are we turning our politics into hard core porn production?
Given that the NPP presents itself as intellectuals, enlightened, respected and disciplined people, the party doesn't need to respond to NDC's filth with this porn feature of NDC's John Mahama. This doesn't make the NPP look better. I don't think it is right to see this as some kind of 'political score-settling'.
We may or not like the personality and politics of John Mahama, but at the moment, he's Ghana's President until Supreme Court verdict proves otherwise. At least, we need to respect the office of the Presidency.
