Akua Bonsu Whale, you should rather stay out of sea since the whale is no longer needed in the sea.
Your analogy of the US criminal case to that of the case of EC,JDM and the NDC holds no water.US Law does not override that of Ghana, any case in Ghana and especially to do with alleged election fraud is dealt with accordingly to our constitution no US criminal Law.
Your article therefore is a complete waste of space and your own time. Illiterates can buy that.

This Ghana case has serious national and even international implications. The Supreme Court should do things right, and appear to be doing things right, also.
I leave things in the hands of the Supreme Court.
And that is what any good Whale will do--live in the sea, and leave the people on land to organize their own affairs.
In this case, it is the Supreme Court. Not Akua Bonsu Whale.
I like your name, though. It is creative. U append the meaning of Bonsu to your name in the English Language.
But have u ever met a white man or woman with an African name?
Let us rest and think about who we are. But not on a Los Angeles Freeway.

Is it the seriousness of the case that is making some lawyers cite minority judgements to support their arguments?
By the way, I have met a number of white men and women with African names.

Lady Akua Bonsu here has compared cases and the best a wise person could do was to insult her?

Nana Akufo Addo's conducts since 2009 has lowered the standards of the NPP. In fact, I no longer have interest in the party as a natural member, and may be looking somewhere else very soon.

Can you tell us what specific conduct of Nana Addo drives you away from the party. For me, if I should stop supporting the NPP I would stop thinking about politics in Ghana, and i have a bunch of well-grounded reasons.

Your analogy is out of place. The example of the father who appeared to have been blinded by money to believe that he even buys the air his son breathes and so assumed that he could join the suit against his son is completely different from the suit against President Mahama and NDC's decision to join as Third Respondent. Just ask yourself, had NDC not applied to join the suit, what would that have been interpreted to mean in Ghana? Some would have concluded that, it's because NDC do not believe that Mahama won the presidency genuinely. Others would have said that NDC has left Mahama on his own to dry out like fish thrown out of water onto dry land.
You really believe that NDC buys what Mahama wears and eats? You must be very childish to even contemplate such an idea. Yes, NDC will foot Mahama's legal bill but that does not mean the party also feeds and clothes him. That is an insult to the President.
NDC has every right to join the suit, though personally, I wish the Party Chairman and General Secretary would have joined the suit on behalf of the party. NDC has very strong (collective) interest in the suit against the President and that is why it is and appropriate for the party to join. Grow up, Akua.

The C.I 74 is the same law which also gives the NDC party which feels its going to be affected by the ruling the right to join. You don't have to show disrespect to make your point? Where were you during the slave trade? Far from reminding anyone of the "slave trade", it is a more central, practical and functional location. If anything, it is the OSU CASTLE that should remind you of the ACTUAL SLAVE TRADE. GO LEARN YOUR HISTORY. By the way it was NPP's Kuffuor's idea to relocate the seat of government to the Flag Staff House. So you see, this has nothing to do with political parties but PRACTICALITIES.
As to the wisdom and propriety of the NDC being joined in the suit, the analogy you give couldn't be further from the point. It is not as simple as you would want us to believe. CAN YOU ALSO EXPLAIN TO US WHAT Obetsebi-Lamptey is doing in the suit since he was not "the other boy" in your fight scenario? What is HIS INTEREST IN THIS CASE except that he is REPRESENTING THE INTERESTS OF THE NPP. Why can't we simply allow common sense to prevail and allow the courts to do their job?
I am sure one way or another, this whole case will eventually be settled and then we will see where Ghana goes afterwards. But stop bothering us about the merits of any interventions, including NPP's own original petition!
