Kwakye's Flabby Talks Against Nana Addo And The NPP

The so-called member of the Communications Team of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Felix Kwakye-Ofosu, believes the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is having difficulty in choosing a running mate to partner their flag-bearer, Nana Akufo-Addo in next year?s general elections because of the ethnocentric nature of the party.

According to him, the NPP is said to be an Akan tribal party, as stated by the party's flag-bearer 'we Akan people' a couple of months ago, a statement which seems to be compounding a problem for Nana Addo or the NPP to choose a running mate from another tribe.

Speaking as a panellist on Radio Gold?s Alhaji and Alhaji programme, Kwakye-Ofosu said the NPP choose a leader who is ?deficient? and unfortunately selected a ?political neophyte? as his running mate in the last general elections. 'Besides, the NPP, again in 2008 chose a candidate who with all respect brought very very little to the campaign. You see Nana Akufo Addo is deficient in many, many ways, some people think he is charismatic but I disagree', he said.

Felix Kwakye maintains none of the NPP running mate candidates for 2012 (so far) is comparable to the current Vice President, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama. He accused the NPP of always behaving like a tribal organization, hence the difficulty in choosing a running mate and the problem of the NPP is the north/south divide which is apparently making the party behave like a tribal organization. He said, 'they believe that it is an Akan party. Their flag-bearer has publicly stated ?yen akan fo die.?, the default thinking of the NPP is that, it is an Akan party and that is why the issue of northerner and southerners, Christians and Muslims comes up.

I don't think this school-boy Felix Kwakye Ofosu must be taken serious in anyway, because he is behaving with his 'non-sense' talks (which seems to be causing fear and panic) like somebody who has been sent on a sabotage errand to strike fire in a highly inflammable substance.

If he wants to make tribal references within the parties in Ghana, then let me quickly ask that novice, Felix Kwakye, which party members said, 'A MOSLEM CAN'T BE A PRESIDENT OF GHANA' and 'ASHANTI KOOKOASE KURASENII', was it not from the NDC?

Why is Kwakye Ofosu, listless and indolent as an oil expert to tell the Ghanaian people something about our oil and gas but always invectively trying to reproving the NPP through insults and tribal remarks
