Justice Kpegah and his Counsel are Comic Reliefs

As Chemical Ali of Iraq in the days of Gulf War II became Comical Ali, so have former Supreme Court Justice Kpegah and his Counsel David Annan become comical reliefs. Justice Kpegah, although a septuagenarian, does not learn from his past mistakes. He is as thick as that tribalistic skin pain mentality he has been wearing since when, only God knows.

This frail old man is consumed by sheer envy; pushed by pure stupidity to act the way he is doing. I have published several articles revealing how some White legal brains see him; rate him low intellectually and professionally based on his ridiculous incoherent statements passed on to the press for publication. He is deficient on legal procedures and one wonders if it is down to some illness tormenting his brains.

There is no need expending further efforts proving how Justice Kpegah is allowing the NDC, their agents and assigns, to use him for their selfish ends only to cast him away later like dirt shaken off shoe. When at all will this old man learn not to allow persons younger and less educated than him to use him for their selfish end? Has he by the way been offered a handsome reward for behaving that much irresponsibly?

He wants to help the respondents in the ongoing Election 2012 case but try as he does, he will fail. His nonsense cannot bring Nana Akufo Addo down as he contemplates. The proofs before the court are weightier than him with all the NDC faithful inclusive. He must go back to read my articles written about him, the questions posed by the more intelligent White legal brains I very often consult on the election 2012 petition pending in the Supreme Court.

Justice Kpegah will soon find himself inextricably in deep trouble, cul-de-sac of course, should he persist in his madness aimed at tarnishing Nana Akufo Addo's reputation. He cannot bring Nana down by his deluded partisan infatuation to help President Mahama cling on to power on stolen verdict.

Has that useless lawyer he has appointed as his counsel ever won any case at all in Ghana? The last time I checked he had sued me in the High Court for contempt of court. He had wanted to gag me from discussing and publishing my views on the "Woyomegate scandal". What became of that suit, I want to know? Can David Annan ever win a case against me, a wise son of Kumawu/Asiampa? He must be mad!

Woyome will soon be found guilty by the High Court thanks to Brother Martin Amidu. He, David Annan, will be arraigned before the General Legal Council for disciplinary action to be taken against him for defending Alfred Agbesi Woyome, knowing Woyome had duped Ghana of the money. Like Justice Kpegah, this naive counsel does not learn from past mistakes. He is again fooling around Kpegah intent to defend his nonsense. Are these the calibre of lawyers Ghana is producing? No wonder we have stupid people doubling as complete thieves ruling the nation. I am sick and tired of the nonsensicalities in perpetration by people like Kpegah and his counsel.

I am waiting to see how David Annan will carry out his threats when Kpegah's case against Nana Akufo Addo is thrown out of court again. Indeed, an empty barrel is making most noise!

The fight for true justice continues unabated! The comic reliefs can continue to entertain the whole world by exposing their utter ignorance through publications, issuance of press statements etc. They are fighting a losing battle because GOD had revealed in a dream to one Kofi Basoah how the NDC were going to rig election 2012 and truly it did happen. Same GOD asked him to inform the NPP to remain RESOLUTE to have the verdict reversed and the NPP are doing as requested. Where do these comic reliefs with Benony Amekudze, Alex Segbefia, and Felix Ofosu Kwakye inclusive stand? Can they fight God? We live to see!

I dedicate this article to one Oison Kwadwo Owusu Konadu resident in Italy. He is one of those persons resolutely determined to seeing justice prevail in Ghana.
