Is Asantehene Still Dubiously Involved in the Kumawu Chieftaincy Case After All…..

His exposure as having corruptibly and prejudicially adjudicated the Kumawu stool dispute as captured on video that has since found its way on to YouTube under the title, "Asantehene involves in corruption?"

Is it not very wonderful that a revelation by God has been confirmed by a leaked information from the Kumawuhemaa's camp? One thing I believe is that God reveals to redeem. I thought Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II after all the disgrace that he has suffered following his shameful prejudicial adjudicating of the Kumawu chieftaincy case would have learnt a bitter lesson but he hasn't. He still feels he is the Ashanti Overlord who must have his way in everything regardless of how absurd his objectives and decisions may be at certain moments and in certain cases.

If he has made any contact with the Attorney General to recall the docket on the case of the illegal destoolment of Kumawu Akwamuhene, Kumawu Aduanahene, Kumawu Akyempemhene and Kumawu Nsumankwaahene from the court, it will not work!

What has the Attorney General to do with the case? To recall the docket to declare the case null and void in his favour or what?

He has also got President Mahama involved same as he did when the Kumawu chieftaincy dispute was first brought before the Kumasi Human Rights Court Justice Paul K. Richardson after he had declared his corrupt and prejudicial judgment on the Kumawu case as viewed in the mentioned video. Can he deny that he sought the help of President Mahama which led the Judge to throw out the case despite the availability and presentation of credible evidence and facts to the court?

Subsequently, I was obliged to publish an open letter to the judge under the following web link: http://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/features/Open-Letter-to-Human-Rights-Court-Justice-Paul-K-Richardson-332185

I will simply advise that President Mahama keeps managing or mismanaging Ghana as best as he can and butts out of the Kumawu chieftaincy case. He has already more on his plate to unnecessarily decide to see helping his buddy, the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II win an uphill case in which the available facts and evidence have become like a river turned into raging torrents by heavy rainfall to wash him downstream. He should not see himself involving in the case, as he might have previously done, as paying him back in kind for services once rendered to him by Asantehene.

Will it not be irresponsible on the part of anyone in a higher position or working in our law courts to aspire to tamper with justice after all the revelations of the shameful and ruinous judicial corruption in Ghana that has tarnished the image of the country internationally?

Is that how far Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II's bragging about no court in Ghana having the powers to reverse his decisions so taken goes; consulting superior powers for help in justifying his criminal decisions? God says it will not work for him this time around. Check his bragging on video posted on YouTube referring to the web link below.

How can the sub-chiefs who were, and are still under injunction (an official order given by a law court, usually to stop someone from doing something) to not swear in Dr Yaw Sarfo as Kumawuhene-elect be destooled for failing to swear Dr Yaw Sarfo in as Kumawuhene-elect, in conformity with the court order? Does that make any sense? It only makes sense to Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II who believes in his parochial-mindedness to be inches taller than the Constitution and the laws of Ghana as can be ascertained from his bragging on the video.

The following web link takes you to the exact reason, although illegal, for, the destoolment of the sub-chiefs. A true form copy of the letter from Dr Yaw Sarfo and the Kumawu Traditional Council to DCOP Nathan Kofi Boakye, the Ashanti Regional Police Commander, is published therein.

He is again desperately using some Traditional Council in case they could prevail on the judge to rule the case in favour of Kumawuhemaa, Dr Yaw Sarfo (the alleged Kumawuhene going by the Stool name Barimah Sarfo Tweneboah Koduah) and himself.

He thinks his credibility as the "Ashanti Overlord" will go downstream or be in tatters should the verdict go against him and his cronies or accomplices. It is only in his dreams that a judge will brush the credible evidence and facts under the carpet to rule the case in his favour using probable technicalities or succumbing to the inducement of corruption and bribery. In this period of public awareness and interests in Anas Aremeyaw Anas' revelation of judicial corruption in Ghana that has even led to the sacking of some court judges, no court judge of integrity worthy of his salt will act criminally as may be anticipated by Asantehene.

He must bear in mind that there is a saying that goes, "Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time". This was a "hip" expression of the 1960's-70's that advises you not to do something risky unless you are willing and able to accept the full weight of the consequences.

He decided to use his traditional powers corruptibly with impunity. Now, he is crying foul, resorting to further acts of infractions to extricate himself from blame to save himself his little respect remaining. Why can't he face the consequences of his actions squarely as a man?

He is dealing with God so he must be careful. He had better swallow his pride to acknowledge his faults and then say sorry to God and the suffering Kumawuman citizens than to continue to wallow in further acts of criminalities.

Kumawuhemaa can continue visiting her gods, fetishes and Mallams, both in Ghana and in India, it will not work for the available facts and evidence are too overwhelming for such lesser gods and beings to handle.

Did she not try to present a kente cloth to a judge but it was refused? If she did, what was her motive behind that attempted offer? Was it to bribe, or to overcome, him/her through juju as might have been suggested to her by one of her many fetish shrines in the Volta region, Ashanti region, Eastern region, Northern region etc.?

The Kumawu Koduah Stool does not belong to the Ankaase "royal" family. They are without any patrilineal or matrilineal descent to Barimah Tweneboah Koduah I, the originator of the Kumawu Koduah Stool as contrary declared by Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II during his adjudicating of the Kumawu Stool dispute as captured on video that has gone viral or has since been posted on YouTube portal under the title, "Asantehene involves in corruption" as per the below web link:

I am now back to discussing and updating the reading public, law and history students, on the Kumawu chieftaincy case despite the fact that I have more on my plate at the moment.

As Kumawuhemaa prefers to reveal things in advance, it has emerged from her camp with preparations already made to celebrating an upcoming "knockout" court verdict that may be decisive in shaping the direction of the Kumawu chieftaincy dispute. She has told her supporters that it will go in her favour because Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has put some favourable structures in place.
What measures are they that they can override the abundance of credible facts and evidence already presented to the court by the plaintiffs?

Find what she does often tell her supporters in advance and how they come to pass from the below web link: They were only possible in the darker days preceding the revelations of judicial corruption by the ace investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas, when judges were accepting goats, cats, tubers of yams, fowls and money as bribes to twist justice in favour of the highest bidder, but not now.

My only advice to the supporters of truth and justice in the Kumawu Stool dispute is to take heart but not to be the panicky types for God is on their side.

With Anas' timely revelations, purposed by God to help settle the Kumawu chieftaincy case without fear or favour, it is only justice and truth that will prevail this time around.

All eyes are watching. All ears are listening. Over to you Sources radio online UK and Fire Live Radio to continue with the dissemination of the facts and truth that will bring awareness to Ghanaians and especially, to the Kumawuman citizens who are in search of the truth through the administration of unadulterated justice .
