ExDoe cautions Shatta Wale

Hiplife artiste, Ex-Doe of ‘Daavi Medekuku’ fame, has advised Shatta Wale to desist from the bad attitude he is portraying in public.

According to him, Shatta Wale’s negative outlook in the public could someday divide his fan base and cause many people to lose interest in his type of music.

Speaking in an interview with Mark Okraku Mantey on the ‘E-Punch Show’ on Hitz FM, the artiste said Shata Wale’s attitude could compel disk jockeys (DJs) to desist from playing his music because they might see him as a bad influence on people who love his music.

Citing his musical life as an example, Ex-Doe said despite the fact that his songs came with clean and meaningful lyrics, his rowdy personality drew people away from him and he lost many of his fans.

This, he said, dwindled his finances because most people stopped calling on him to perform at shows and other corporate functions.

He said Shatta Wale should change his attitude or be ready to deal with the many image damaging issues which might arise from it.

It is recalled that on October 2, 2014, Charter House and its CEO filed a lawsuit for defamation against Shatta Wale.

They are claiming damages of GH¢ 10 million against Shatta Wale, for what they consider defamatory statements made against them in some videos he recorded and uploaded on Facebook.
