Ghana to host Golden Movie Awards

The Ghana movie industry is yet to experience an innovative and rewarding event that will take the industry to the next level.

The Golden movie awards will soon hit the Ghanaian entertainment industry for the first time. The award will be an annual celebration of outstanding and innovative success movies including the talents of Actors and Actresses in the industry.

The GOLDEN MOVIE AWARDS Foundation’s mission is three-tiered; to honor and celebrate movie makers, to discover and cultivate emerging talent and to celebrate the appreciation of the creative arts

“Whiles bringing innovation to the whole Awards Scheme, new categories will be introduced to already existing once we know to make the awards more interesting whiles ensuring that other known areas in the film industry which have been neglected are rewarded the necessary recognition. ”.He added that stakeholders of the movie industry are and will be serving as a consultant to us and at the appropriate time the official launch of this award will be announced

The Golden Movie awards which will be launched in due time will bring together the best in the movie industry both in Ghana, Africa and most Players around the world to support not only their winners, but to celebrate the quality of African movies.
