Shatta Wale, Grace Ashley joins Tecno to support ‘Ghana to Brazil’ campaign

Leading Dual Sim Mobile phone manufacturer in Africa and beyond, TECNO has partnered with the Ministry of Youth & Sports for the ‘Ghana to Brazil’ campaign.

A formal announcement took place at TECNO’s state of the art corporate office at Darkuman, in Accra, where the ambassadors of the ‘Ghana to Brazil’ initiative were hosted on Friday.

On the sidelines of the announcement, the ambassadors of the ‘Ghana to Brazil’ campaign were presented with TECNO products.

The partnership TECNO says is a reaffirmation of their support for the development of sports in the country.

A sports-friendly entity, TECNO’s support for the ‘Ghana to Brazil’ campaign is significant in many ways.

The company has donated, and continues to support several sporting initiatives. It is a major part of the Michael Essien Foundation. TECNO has also supported the Ghana’s Fastest Human competition, as well as the Weightlifters Association of Ghana.

All these, the company say is tied to its resolve to help project sports in the country.

An award winner at the recently held SWAG Awards for its contribution to the development of sports in the country, TECNO is hopeful the partnership with the Ministry of Sports will go a long way to help the Black Stars’ campaign in Brazil.

“TECNO is excited by the job that the Ministry and the Ambassadors are doing in support of the World Cup, and believes their efforts will yield good dividends,” the company has said.

“We are optimistic the Black Stars will make us proud in Brazil. We look forward to building a lasting relationship with you.”
