Season 5 of e.TV’s “Late Nite Celebrity Show” starts showing

e.tv Ghana’s captivating entertainment programme, The Late Nite Celebrity Show (TLNCS), has returned with exceptional entertaining segments and lots of surprises.

Sponsored by Tigo and Lifestyle Gallery, some exciting and innovative slots has been introduced to make the show more exciting. Dzifa Smith, host of the Late Nite Celebrity show stated that “new segments including ‘Celebrity of the Week’, ‘My Celebrity Moment’, ‘Tigo question of the week ‘and Discovered’” have been incorporated to spice it up and make it more engaging”.

Dzifa, with her authentic interviewing style, is promising viewers nothing but the best, as more celebrities in and out of Ghana will, as usual, grace the show. ‘Season 5 of the show will be full of excitement and surprises as it stays true to its core concept of getting revealing insights into the lives and careers of Ghana and Africa’s most prominent celebrities. ‘Viewers should expect another season of thrills, glamour, intrigues and nerve racking excitement throughout the entire season’, she added.

the mechanics of the newly added segments, Efua Yorke, producer of the Show said, the ‘Celebrity of the Week’ gives viewers the opportunity to vote throughout the week for their favorite celebrity who appeared on the show the previous week. The viewer with the highest number of texts is announced every Friday on the show. The Late Nite Celebrity Show crew will arrange for the winner to meet the celebrity, or the winner will receive a souvenir from the celebrity which will be sponsored by Tigo.

‘My Celebrity Moment’, also a new segment on the show gives viewers the opportunity to send pictures of themselves and a celebrity or celebrities, and tell the story behind that picture.

Efua added that ‘Discovered’, another new segment, will give young talented artistes the opportunity to showcase their talent for five minutes on the show. This is intended to unearth talented people who could become tomorrow’s celebrities.

In the fourth season of the Late Nite Celebrity Show, celebrities such as Trigmatic, FOKN Boiz, VIP, Double, Jon Germain, Funny Face, Keitta of Big Brother Fame, and the whole crew from the Big Brother Star Game Show were interviewed on the show.

The programme is live on e.tv Ghana on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10PM and repeated at 10AM on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
