Golden Tulip returns with Wine Pairing event

The Golden Tulip Hotel, Accra is back with its popular Food & Wine Pairing Event this Friday evening, June 17. Lovers of good cuisine will excite their taste buds with vintage wines from Don Emilio paired with a 5-course gourmet meal.

Last month’s event was great, enjoying great reviews from food critics and patrons alike. If you missed the last event, don’t miss this one! According to Xavier Hubert, the Xperience Manager of the hotel, each course would begin with a brief history of the various wines before a food that matches with a particular wine flavour is served. He added that in addition to satisfying the sixth sense with food and wine, the event would also be an education on the art of cooking for patrons as they savour in the experience.
