Ofori Amponsah joins Daddy Lumba to perform on stage

Legendary Daddy Lumba had his 51st birthday celebration on Saturday, October 3, at the National Theater in Accra where his loyal fans joined him on the night to have fun.

The show had lots of dignitaries showing their love to the legend including members of the New Patriotic Party, NPP.

Pastor Ofori Amponsah who has been in the news for many weeks now for planning a comeback with a highlife album was present at the show. Of course, there was no way there was going to be a Daddy Lumba concert without his son, Ofori Amponsah.

Many hours after Ofori sat to enjoy great performances from Ghanaian musicians, he joined Daddy Lumba at last hour of the show to sing some of their old great highlife songs. Initially, Pastor was feeling reluctant in singing the songs but he had no other reason than to join his father, Daddy Lumba.

He helped Daddy Lumba in cutting his 51st birthday cake and ended it with another performance of some of his old highlife tunes.

Ofori Amponsah gave great testimonies about Charles Kwadwo Fosu aka Daddy Lumba who played an important role in his entire career.
