Lumba Brothers, Ck Mann, Pat Thomas storm MOGO

LUMBA BROTHERS, CK MANN, PAT THOMAS and others to storm MOGO (Music of Ghanaian Origin) 2007

On Farmers’ day Friday 7th December, 97.3 CITI FM, will for the third time, bring music lovers another exciting Music Of Ghanaian Origin (MOGO) concert with the Lumba Brothers featuring Nana Acheampong and Daddy Lumba.

Also on the bill to perform at this year’s MOGO concert include CK Mann, Pat Thomas, Paapa Yankson, Vintage Ramblers Band, Mac Tontoh and his Masqueraders amongst others.

Report indicates that the Lumba brothers are excited about their participation for the first time in this concert and are rehearsing feverishly towards the day.

Ghanaians would be treated to songs like “Yereye aka Akwantuo Mu”, “Theresa”, “Obi Ato Me Su Buo”, “Aban Nsa Akawu”etc.

Unforgettable tunes like “tsena mekyen” by Paapa Yankson and Paulina Oduro,”Adwoa Yankey” by CK Mann, “Megyidi So”, “Sika Ye Mogya” by Pat Thomas, “Ahomka wom” by Vintage Ramblers Band led by good old Jerry Hansen amongst others will also be heard live come Friday December 7th.

Mac Tontoh of Osibisa will also be performing with his Masqueraders Band in a special act for fans at the concert.

This year’s MOGO, is scheduled for the national theatre in Accra. Gates open at 7pm with tickets going for GH¢30.
