Atumpan Shoots $30,000 Video To His Song ‘Bo Me Ka’

The introduction of various music and video awards over the years such as the BET and 4syte Music Video Awards both in Ghana and beyond for artistes to complement their efforts and contribution to the growth of the Ghanaian music industry has seen the era of low quality and low budget music videos are being relegated to the background.

Ghanaian artistes have now moved away from the mediocrity and pain-in-the-eye kind of music videos to a more creative and world class videos.

We can all attest to the fact that several Ghanaian artiste such as Sarkodie, D-Black, Becca, 4×4, Obrafour have over the years had great videos which has won several awards for such nice videos.

Two years on after dropping his hit single “THE THING”, which took over the airwaves in Ghana and abroad with the young and old dancing to it, budding hip life artiste, Atumpan is once again moving up a gear in his career as he sets to release a world class video of another hit song “BOME KA”.

The video which is estimated to cost $30,000 is being shot and directed by one of the biggest and best film maker in Ghana, Jorge Freeman, a man whose creativity and hard work can be visible in works like Becca’s push video, Maa Abena by Akoo Nana, simple Luv by RnM, Mo Ko Ni by 4X4 and Azonto fiesta by Sarkodie ft Appietus and Kesse. Watch out for the video release.
