Police protection for all political candidate

The government has, with immediate effect given police protection to presidential candidates and the running mates of all recognized political parties.

Mr Hackman Owusu-Agyemang, MP and Minister of the Interior in a signed statement on Wednesday asked the candidates to contact the Inspector-General of Police for details of the arrangements.
