Mahama too addicted to corruption - Hopeson Adorye

A member of the New Patriotic Party [NPP], Hopeson Adorye, has accused President John Mahama of being the brain behind the numerous corruption cases, which has engulfed his administration.

He described the president as the “worst President ever and the most corrupt leader” the country has ever had in many years.

According to him, the idea of the president to reshuffle former Youth and Sports Minster, Hon. Elvis Afriyie-Ankrah to the seat of government after his corruptible leadership at the Sports Ministry is to cover-up what he [Prez Mahama] has engineered.

“The President knows why he relocated Elvis Afriyie-Ankrah to the presidency. With that, he [Elvis] will get closer to the president so they can continue with their corruptible behaviour. Why didn’t he sack Elvis if he thinks Elvis did not live up to expectation?” he questioned.

In an interview with Peacefmonlone.com, the national coordinator of the Young Patriots, Hopeson Adorye insisted that regardless of the President’s make believe to eradicate corruption; he is addicted to the canker.

He however described President Mahama’s recent 13 luxurious cars gift to the National House of Chiefs as “unnecessary and bribable."

He explained that, “whiles workers all across the nation are complaining and demonstrating, the president rather prefers to buy the conscience of chiefs with cars. It is unbelievable."

“Mahama must go for corruption rehabilitation…he is too addicted to corruption. What kind of leader is he? Ghanaians are fed up of him,” he said.
