GSE inches up

Accra, April 12, GNA - Gains by Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB); CAL Bank (CAL) and Enterprise Insurance Company (EIC) pushed the Ghana Stock Exchange All-Share Index up by 0.25 points to 4,769.64 from Tuesday's 4,769.39 points.

The Change in the Year to Date remained at 0.01 per cent. On the broader market, GCB gained three cedis to close at 6,211 cedis; while CAL and EIC appreciated by a cedi each to 1,942 cedis and 6,886 cedis, respectively.

Total shares traded were mere 35,100 compared to 126,100 traded on Tuesday.

Market Capitalisation went up to 91,950.42 billion cedis from 91,949.75 billion cedis on Tuesday.
