NDC Govt forced Coke Lady to plead guilty-CENAB UK

The NDC government machinery yesterday forced the lady charged with cocaine in the UK court to plead guilty.
According to CENAB UK, whose operatives were present at the Isleworth Crown Court in Twickenham, UK, Nayele Ametefeh, aka Ruby Adu Gyamfi, appeared in court vis a video link to plead guilty to all charges of carrying class A narcotic drugs into the United Kingdom, on November 10, 2014.
In what appears to be a pre-planned and well-rehearsed, Ms Ametefeh pleaded guilty to avoid evidence being led prosecutors which would have exposed a number of sordid details. CENAB UK have reasonable cause to believe that, the decision by Ms Ametefeh to plead guilty was masterminded by the NDC government for a number of reasons.
At the very onset of the revelations of the arrest, the Ghana Government was very quick to come out to deny Ms Ametefeh’s identity as a Ghanaian. The government made it a public knowledge that she was an Austrian and not a Ghanaian. This was later confirmed by Hon. Hannah Tetteh, the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
While the public denials were going on, the government surreptitiously sent a high powered Ghana High Commission delegation led by HE Victor Smith, to visit her in Holloway Prisons, to negotiate with her to plead guilty so that evidence will not be led to prove that she travelled on diplomatic passport. Pleading guilty would also mean she would cover up all the personnel who aided her and those responsible for her travel with the illicit luggage.
On their part, the Ghana government promised her that her assets would be looked after, including her family. She has also been promised the complete refund of whatever revenue she has lost as a result of the arrest and incarceration.
For their role in gagging her, the government of Ghana would assist her to continue to enjoy the booty of her crime even though the law prohibits that. Another promise was for high powered government official to defend her in the court of public conscience. This manifested itself when Hon. Hannah Tetteh took to the public airwaves to defend the lady that she did not deliberately carry cocaine to UK but honestly believed she was carrying gold.
The Minister also delivered her government’s pledge of defending Nayele in public minds in Ghana when she said that she was not the owner of the luggage and that someone she did not know handed it to her on the plane. In a propaganda aimed at gaining some public sympathy for Ms Ametefeh, the minister made Nayele’s version of thing more believable that it seems. This was all part of the big plan by the government to deliver their side of Ms Ametefeh’s “plea bargain” with the government of Ghana.
The decision to force her to plead guilty is the best way to save the faces of her cocaine masters at the high levels in Ghanaian political system. By admitting quickly to her crimes to mitigate for reduced sentence, the NDC government think they can close the chapter on that and move on. It also has the added benefit of serving a shorter sentence to return to Ghana to enjoy her part of the bargain. As the prosecutors have also confirmed in an interview they were aware that the lady's cocaine case was not just an ordinary case but it has political ramification, which goes a long way up to the top of Ghana political systems. This means that the cocaine connections in John Mahama-led NDC government would continue to be an albatross on the neck of this overt corrupt government. Pleading guilty so quickly which is shocking to even the prosecutor, may reduce her sentence from 15 years to about 10 years, according to experts.
