NPP Norway Congratulates Nana Akufo-Addo

NPP Norway wishes to congratulate Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on his resounding and overwhelming victory at the just ended flag-bearer elections of the New Patriotic Party, which took place on Saturday, October 18 2014.
For those who lost, we wish you better luck next time. We plead with our flag-bearer to reach out to the losers in order to ensure unity within the rank and file of the NPP. NPP Norway commends all party delegates and all those who in diverse ways contributed to the successful conduct of this election.
We also wish to extend our gratitude to the leadership of the New Patriotic Party for ensuring an incident free, well managed primary. Our special thank you goes out to all the other contestants. The competition that they offered was good and in the spirit of democracy which is the foundation of our tradition. Thanks to the contest, the NPP has emerged invigorated and rejuvenated. The party is ready to take on the incompetent NDC.
We wish to reassure Ghanaians that the NPP remains focused and united behind our Presidential Candidate, and urge Ghanaians to vote massively for Akufo-Addo come the next general elections in 2016.
Ghanaians have been craving for Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP to come and save the country from the economic crisis it is going through. A vote for Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP is a vote for development, peace, employment for our youth, free quality education and quality healthcare.
The future of Ghana has become bleak and our people are living in a state of hopelessness. It is our prayer that all of us stand solidly behind Nana Akufo-Addo so that in 2016 NPP can come back to power.
NPP Norway assures Nana Akufo-Addo of our full support as the NPP attempts to win power to relieve Ghanaians of their suffering from the insensitive NDC government. The NPP remains the only source of hope for Ghanaians and we must not disappoint them.
Signed
NPP Norway
