Kwame Mayor's Public Address to the Nation

"Akuffo-Addo's Vice Presidential Candidate, Dr Bawumia can (swear) on his Religious Holy Koran, and under Oath, that he received a copy sent to his Email address ---> regarding my Strategic Idea to Ghana's Electoral Commission (E.C.) to use Election (Screens), Election Cameras, and Election-Video Cameras to (prevent) rigging of Elections" --- a Strategic Idea implemented by Ghana's Electoral Commission (E.C.) for the first time in 2016 which paved way for Nana Akuffo-Addo to legitimately become President of Ghana, says Ghanaian-born former Republican Presidential Candidate, and former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, populary known by Ghanaians around the World as "Kwame Mayor", who speaks the Truth, and nothing but the Truth !!!.

" Dr Bawumia will also not deny that when he, and his Assistant, who also gave me his Email Adress bearing Ouborr, as well as "Sir John" visited Los Angeles during (2012 Election), Kwame Mayor told him directly, point blank that he (Bawumia) would someday become President of Ghana, and that he should mark it on the Wall".

"Had it not been my published Strategic idea I Electronically sent to Ghana's Electoral Commission (E.C.), NPP, CPP, NDC Emails, Dr Bawumia's Email Address --(with copies to White House, U.N., Ghana News Agency (GNA), BBC, African Diplomacy, Ghanaweb, MyJoyOnline, etc, etc, on August 31, 2014, and September 1, 2014), for E.C. to use Election (Screens), Election Cameras, and Election Video-Cameras to Show-Case Election results in all Constituencies ---Mahama, and (J.J. Rawlings' June 4th Terrorists' NDC"), would have rigged elections (again !!!), and Nana Akuffo-Addo would have not been able to become President of Ghana, said Kwame Mayor

About 3/4th of Ghana's Electoral Commission (E.C.) Electoral Reforms came from my published News Bulletin captioned "Election Cure" which I Electronically sent a Copy to E.C. on August 31, 2016, and I have provided Empirical Evidence to all Civilized Ghanaians, and Civilized members of the International Community to analyze, based on the "Election Cure" Emails I sent to E.C., with copies to White House, U.N., BBC, African Diplomacy, Ghanaweb, etc, etc

"And I was the one who contacted White House, United Nations, and U.N.-- General Secretary Bi-Moon regarding (prevention of Civil War in Ghana), on November 29, 2016, via Electronic Mail, and immediately thereafter, the respected Bi-Moon called Mahama, Nana Akuffo-Addo, and other Political leaders to sign the Historic Peace Accord, initiated by U.N., and implemented by Ghana's Peace Council.

" Instead of Nana Akuffo-Addo thanking me 'Kwame Mayor' for paving the way for him to become President of Ghana ---> (based on my Strategic Idea to E.C., to use Election Screens, Election Cameras, and Election Video-Cameras to Show-Case Election results to the General Public) --- and furthermore, based on my Electronic direct contact to White House, and U.N., regards to (prevention of un-necessary Civil War in Ghana) that prompted Bi-Moon to call for Peace Accord) --- Nana Akuffo Addo, and his NPP Campaign Team acting like ungrateful Kufuor, praised themselves, and specially praised their Election Hacker who blocked E.C. and NDC ("June 4th Terrorists' Software Hackers") from changing the Election results of the People, by the People, and for the People"

---> (It was good idea though for the NPP Hacker to block NDC Hackers, notorious for stealing "People's Election Verdicts" through illegal Software programming to change election results

" My Strategic Idea of using Election (Screens), Cameras, and Election Video-Cameras, to Show-Case the results to the General Public, made it reliable to provide Empirical Evidence of the Election results shown on Screens at all Constituencies.

"The Bottom line is, NDC still could have rigged the election as they did in 2012, and other elections (if) E.C. had not implemented my Strategic idea of using Election (Screens), Election Cameras, and Election-Video Cameras to show-case Election results to the General Public as Evidence -- Kwame Mayor publicly lectured Ghanaians around the World, and the International Community.
