What a massive jar!!!On tuesday, the 24th of july,2012 the whole nation suffered an intensive heart-shocking blow in it historical realm ever. The highest office of the land became void for some hours when the sitting President of the republic of Ghana His Excellency Prof.John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills ''gave up the ghost''. According to reliable sources he died around 14:15 GMT precisely as confirmed by a professional doctor in the nonentity of Dr.Ackah Anim at the 37 millitary hospital,Accra pertaining to a throat cancer. His mission on the third planet [earth] ended painfully in a flabbergasted mood.He died three days after his 68th birthday on sunday.Though the cause of death was not immediately released.Following the departure of the president according to the reliable source, around 11:30 am in the morning a letter emanated from the presidency and was made known to parliament incriminating that the president was travelling to nigeria. Tracing the whole genesis of his health status he had been battling with a deep chronic throat cancer for ''a month of sundays"now.Just recently,he travelled to the united state of america for a medical routine check up.Credible sources also reveals that his voice had degenerated in the previous few months.Announcing his death, his office noted that he ''kicked the bucket'' hours after being taken ill,but a presidential aide at the presidency said that he had bemoaned of pains on that fateful day prior to his death.A press release was issued by the chief of staff Henry Martey Newman incriminating the death of the president, which led to the trooping of party stalwarts, sympathizers, supporters and the media to the 37 military hospital after the pronouncement of his death..The untimely end of the president plunge the whole country into a draconian heartache.Pensive and sorrow mood was the jingle hovering all over the country for losing a humble, amiable, soft spoken, caring and loving president. For the past three or four years there has been news about the president been ''off colour'' and rumours of his death â?? twice â?? but he appeared with a grim humour to say that they were false fabrications, insisting he was ''hale and hearty''.His vice president John Dramani Mahama was sworn in at about 18:00 GMT on the same day in accordance with Ghana's constitution.During his tenure in office he was tagged as ''Asomdwe Hene''peace maker by many Ghanaians. He left a vivacious widow,Dr.Ernestina Naadu Mills and a handsome son Samuel Kofi Mills.

May His Soul Rest In Perfect Peace.
John Mills ''Damirefa dua''.

One Week Observation @ Koforidua - Enoch Fosuhene
[321860]
Enoch Fosuhene: Forthright Heroic & Scrupulous Patriot - Rest In Peace

http://edition.radioxyzonline.com/pages/news/07142012-1107/3881.stm

Well wishers and all who would want to lend a hand towards the one week observation of Enoch Fosuhene, Principal of Government Secretarial School in Koforidua at the Government Secretarial School - Friday, July 20, 2012 may contact this writer @ kooboye@yahoo.com

As largely reported since Friday, July 13, 2012 Enoch Fosuhene, Principal of Government Secretarial School in Koforidua, E/R died a cruel death trying to protect his students and Ghana property. Enoch was a deeply religious person (Buddhist faith) and held deep conviction about life - all pointing to hard work and self reliance.

As the Principal of the Government Secretarial School in Koforidua in the Eastern Region, "Kwadwo Mmeh Oyooyo" kept and never broke faith with his students and staff in striving for the realization of excellence.

He preached an unremitting discourse of playing by the rules, and always led the way by example - walking the talk.

He has left a legacy of a true facility to think and work outside the box. He did this by not only fulfilling the roles and responsibilities of his school administration, but by cultivating so many acres of land around the school with his own sweat and toil, and even roping in his wife, four sons and a daughter in the physical demands of farming Tilapia, Yam, Goat, Sheep, Rabbit, Maize, and Chicken.

Above all these, he found time to publish two text books. He was simply a dedicated civil servant, husband, father, and a very giving friend to so many who crossed his path.

It was therefore no wonder that Enoch Kwadwo Fosuhene responded with his life when his students were in distress. He could have orderedâ school "labourers" or middle staff to douse a raging fire in the ladies hostel whilst he enjoyed a quiet time in his bungalow, but that was not Kwadwo's Karma. His was a spirit of altruism and humility.

Bye and rest in peace my friend and brother until we hook up again at a better place.

He's survived by wife Becky and five children. The last two children have the intricacy of university education ahead of them. Friends and well wishers may do well to support the bereaved family in any way they can. Enoch did likewise for so many.
