This position reports to Service Account Manager to develop new and respond to existing business needs across all industries in a timely and the most successful manner. This position will receive support from Recruiter and Administrator including Country Director in order to deliver full-cycle recruitment.
The successful incumbent will:
Lead recruitment efforts on a variety of industry requirements.
Senior Recruiter to support Service Account Manager to develop position descriptions and appropriate sourcing strategies.
Source resumes using a variety of tools, such as resume databases, job postings, employee referrals, networking and contingent search firms.
These resources includes Monster, Indeed, Jobberman, Linkedin and more.
Accurately track candidate activity for performance assessment purposes
Assist with defining appropriate offer packages.
Coordinate the interview process with the departmental Administrator and conduct interviews.
Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting in technology, healthcare, life science, real estate, construction, mining, oil and gas, hospitality, finance & accounting,
Manufacturing & Logistics, Telecommunications companies
Knowledge of HR employment law as applicable to our recruiting process
Must be resourceful, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with sourcing, recruitment and screening candidates across several disciplines and functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, influencing skills and organizational skills are required
Computer proficiency in using Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Database experience is a plus
