    thats the only potential industrial use for casava. are there others? thats why we have so many deadly booze brands in gh. wwe have more alcohol brands than factories in gh..why? stupid govt, dumb monkeys

    mind you all alcohol brands in the country are from imported ethanol. not a single one is from locally manufactured starch based alcohol.

    Potato are much easier to grow and harvest and take shorter time to cultivate.They are a much healthier choice and can be a substitute for both cassava,yam and cocoyam.
