PTC recommends final dividend for shareholders.

The Board of Directors of Pioneer Tobacco Company, PTC has recommended a final dividend of 32 cedis per share for the year ending December 31st 1997. PTC declared an interim dividend of 16 cedis per share in December 1997 and this brings the total dividend for 1997 to 48cedis per share. The register of Members of the company will be closed to the general public from the 16th of April. The ex-dividend date is the 15th of April.
