Rlg to unveil Uhuru Classic

Rlg has unveiled its latest smartphone, the Uhuru Classic, on the market. The innovative piece was launched on the company’s website, becoming one of the few to choose that as an option.

A release from the company said “The Uhuru Classic is described as lightweight in size, heavyweight in style. It runs on Android 4.2.1, comes with crystal clear videos, photos and audio; and has dual camera (front 2.0MP and on the rear 8.0MP).”

It said the phone has a long-hour standby battery and a super vibrant 4.7 HD LCD 09 with WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS connectivity and a GPS 10.4GB ROM, as well as a 1GB RAM.

The release quoted the Digital Marketing Manager of Rlg Global Ashraf Kanjo, as saying that “The Uhuru Classic is a living proof that not all phones are created equal”.

It said “this super-advanced masterpiece is manufactured to define innovation and creativity with its incredible design and features.” Adding that, “It supports multi-language, can store up to 1,000 contacts and another 1,000 free memory space for messages with a 1,800maAh battery capability”.

The release said the unique feature of the phone was that users could have their names engraved on their phones when it was pre-ordered on the manufacturer’s website.

“Another exciting thing is that the personalised phones, which are in limited quantity, come in only gold colour even though the uhuru classic itself comes in various colours,” it said.

The Global Head of Rlg, Mr Alex Lu, also said “A personalised mobile device should guarantee the privacy of its owner, which includes watching what you want when you want, where you want, without prying eyes. That is the very essence of limitless freedom which is granted by this latest device”.
