i said i was going to do business that will help me raise capital to bring about recycling centers in kumasi but all i have gotten is chieves whose only ambition is money, don't care if it brings money n jobs to city. then they get surprise why people take their business else where.
I have Liberian who is willing to give me 8000 acres of land in co partner because he said if bring the job it will bring his people jobs.but i wasn't born in Liberia, kumasi is where i was born n raised. All these chievs n politicians want is money in their pocket.

Nothing in this article suggests that the government has failed in its responsibility of bolstering manufacturing.
This is nothing more than a paid ad by a grossly-run entity whose long-overdue need to refurbish and bring its manufacturing core to a competitive level, is finally forcing it to admit, albeit obliquely, the reality of having to do so.
The ills of the manufacturing sector are numerous. Their accounting systems are attrocious, and in the aluminum industry in particular, the constitution of the governing boards are nothing more than panels hand-picked to rubber-stamp the wishes of misguided and content-challenged board chairpersons.
Management across the board, is the nation's problem. From the Black Stars, through other national entities to the private sector, leadership infused with cosmopolitanism, and an understanding of what needs to be done, is grossly missing.
