In the USA, an Insurance adjuster course is only a six-week training. What is stopping this stupid Ofori guy to begin training adjusters at the Ghana Insurance college that he heads. More so, he claims to be a licensed adjuster himself and would be capable of training candidates. Also the insurance companies can form a consortium to sponsor a curriculum and even sponsor foreign trainers, if needed, since they would ultimately benefit from this venture. Does one need a rocket science degree to figure this out? I really weep for sorry ass Ghana!

The Insurance Industry is very broad and has a lot of Risk.To assess a lost property, and claiming, vis a vis,the summed assured,of a property against,Fire,Theft or Burglary entails a lot of bureaucracy.A new Insurance Officer, upon in service training, can be able to do a lot, even to exceed the work of a Loss - Adjuster,to a managerial position. But,it takes a long process, years upon years,to know.Hence, the need to include a Licensed Loss- Adjuster course,in the Insurance Industry full-time.Then ,the compulsory Fire -Policy,'proclaimed', will be re -considered.Ghana is still NOT an advance country, like the U.K, U.S.A.,Canada or Australia.
