What has been the fate of the following projects at the regional levels?: The cement project between Ghana, Togo and Ivory Coast, The West African Gas Pipeline Project, Mano River Project, East African Railway Project between Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda and a host of others.

Hiw far have we progressed in the tomato factories and even rice cultivation. Even maize. If cassava was cultivated in Europw we would have imported at a cheaper price giving jobs to thr Ruropeans.
