    Is that action backed by law? If U shut down how do they get money to pay. take them to court instead.

    James,
    I agree with you. We complain about lack of development and infrastructure, yet we refuse to pay taxes.
    I don't think shutting down the companies is enough. The money needs to be retrieved or they face jail time.

    Maame. The Revenue Authority ALREADY has the legal power to close down businesses. They do not need a court order.
