They have an agenda, and that is, to assist their foreign companies to exploit any opportunities found in this country. Secondly, BOG learn to invest your reserves in profitable ventures in Ghana. Example, the Reserve/Central Bank of South Africa is the majority shareholder of MTN. Be modern BOG.

Well said. But the way these guys operate, we should be careful. The South Africans are much more efficient and are more business savvy than our bureaucrats at BOG.
