Total Petroleum Ghana awards dealers and customer attendants

Total Petroleum Ghana, the number one Oil Marketing Company in Ghana, has organised its fourth Dealer Convention on the theme: “Sankofa 2012” to exchange ideas and reward dealers and attendants.

The two-day programme, hosted by the Sales and Marketing Manager, Mrs Marina Perez, brought together all dealers in the Total network, customer attendants, and the management and staff of the company to exchange ideas between the dealership and management of Total Petroleum.

Addressing the dealers, Mr Guillaume Larroque Managing Director of Total Petroleum congratulated the marketing team and all service station staff for their good performance in the preceding year and encouraged them to look forward to a very active year ahead.

Mr Larroque congratulated the award winners and encouraged their colleagues to strive to be the winners at the next event by delivering superior service to customers.

Among activities undertaken during the two-day event were brain-storming sessions and presentations by dealers and marketing staff of the company mainly on strategies for 2012.

There were also interventions in the health, legal and financial fields.

The event was climaxed with an awards night for the best performing dealers and customer attendants, and marketing staff, who won various citations, gifts, and cash rewards.

The Best Dealer Award of 2011 went to Isaac K. Brewu of Koforidua GCB Service Station. The same station produced the Best Customer Attendant for 2011, Gideon Addae.
