Customers of GCB express worry over poor services

Nkawkaw, Jan. 15, GNA - Some customers of the Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) have expressed worry over delays in transacting business with the ban= k at some of its branches in the country. The concerns were expressed by the customers of the Nkawkaw branch of the GCB during an interview with the Ghana News Agency, who pleaded anonymity. They said more often than not they had to spend long hours before withdrawing, depositing or transferring money at the bank's branches in Nkawkaw, Mpraeso and Koforidua, especially during the re-opening of second cycle schools.

They said they had to compete with students who came for payment order= s to settle their fees and urged Management of the bank to device appropriate measures to serve their customers early. 1
