Refund for investors in abortive share offer ready

Accra, March 15, GNA - The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Thursday asked investors who took part in the unsuccessful public share offer of the Golden Development Holding Company to come for a refund of their subscriptions.

A statement signed by Dr Nii Kwaku Sowa, Acting Director-General of SEC, said the investors should come with a formal identification, such as a passport or Voter ID card and original receipt for payment of their subscription in order to have their claims processed.

They should also submit a photocopy of the original receipt of payment for their subscription and counterfoil of the share coupon.
