Bourse ends week on mixed note

Accra, March 10, GNA - The Accra bourse ended trading this week on a mixed note with volumes increasing but the main index still struggling.

Total shares traded ended at 962,500 with Aluworks and CAL Bank selling a total of 908,000 shares.

CAL Bank registered a one cedi gain at 1,501 cedis while Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited also registered one cedi gain at 8,562 cedis. The GSE All-Share Index, main stock index, went up by 0.12 points at 4,736.87 points from 4,736.75 points while change for the year was -0.67 per cent.

Market capitalisation ended at 91,863.16 billion cedis.
