Why end of service benefits?

I have been discussing this issue with many people and I think, we as Ghanaians should put an end to this. Everybody works towards pension and as members of parliament or ministers; you contribute to the general pension plan of the Ghana government and therefore no entitlement of this kind should be allowed. Teachers, Nurses, police and army personnel, all contribute to this pension plan and receive their pension entitlement after retirement. Lets end it know.
