“King Solomon” get it done or get out.

“King Solomon” get it done or get out

Agya Yaw is back. !!!

The motherland Ghana has a lot of problem on Her dear hands but I it is all due to one thing, “me me me me and me only” Why did I say that one may ask?. OK! here is one example, how many Ministers Presidents and high ranking officials have thought of giving up their post for the sake of the nation Ghana or it's people? None I may say, but how many official have questionable case that hinders their ability to perform, but still clinches to the office that they hold in Ghana today? On the other hand in the so call developed world such persons easily give up their post for the sake of their nation every day,

Some official comes to power promising to clean up the mess but end up doing the worse. Name any King, Chief, Queen mother, appointed or any elected official that have done so for the nation. I promised you there is none worth mentionable.

One big “King” promised to clean up the mess in Kumawu when he was en stooled,. Fortunate for him the Omanhene in question was call to his grave after years of no action from the so call King Solomon of the Ashanti's. Won't this have solved the problem for the good of the people of “Stone City” as was called in the 60's and 70's? The answer is big NO . Why so? I have no answer to that. But I will be glad to direct all questions to King Solomon of the Ashanti's.

I do know the birds of the same feathers flock together unless somebody prove me wrong, and I Agya Yaw dare somebody to do so. The people of Kumawu have brought forth a petition that needs to be solve promptly but the whole world is waiting to see, the said “King Solomon” to act.

I have the answer to that invectiveness, simply because when the cat is away the mice will play, and “political violence fill up the city” as said by the famous Rastafarian. The Booty of Kumawu is been violently consume by the absolute Monarchy in power and the so call King Solomon.

King Solomon, if you are bold as people around you assumed you to be, then for the sake of the nation of Kumawu settletheir chieftaincy case today, for the citizens of Kumawu deserved better. How long can a nation function without a leader? Look around you the Gas are doing great. So is the surrounding nation, Why not Kumawu? I know you care more about what going into your pocket and what you can show of than your nation. I know that because your city is going down the drain as day goes by. You think I'm joking ehh! How come about 90% (ninety per cent) of the Ashantis residing in “ababrokyire" preferred to purchase or build their homes in the Ga Nation. rather than the land of their fore fathers and mothers

Let me tell you the rational behind that, if it happens to skip your mind, A piece of land in your nation cost, including what goes to your personal pocket, your so call agents and the sub chief that owns the land is enough to buy and build one in Accra and it's subs. More over they don't sell them individual any more. Why because they are smart to know that when it's sold in bulk to developers they intend extends the utilities to individual plot including asses road power outlets and water/sewage and so on.

The Ashantis used to be proud of their city when it was call “Garden City” Do you know what is call today? I thought the ones that spend time in “abrokyere” should have been good rulers. Simply because they should admire the beauty of “abrokyere” Sorry I got that wrong. If you do not care about yours, Kumawuman 'ma' cares so please spend just a little bit of time and settle the Kumawu case, “King Solomon. Agya Yaw will be back with more .

THEY ARE DYING STILL
Submitted on 2009-04-09 19:57:16 (modified 2009-04-09 19:58:54)
I’m back Agya Yaw on the hunt

I thought someone will have the audacity to ask me who the hell he or she is to tell an investor to get rid of my investment. I mean the “enkyekyema” transporting folks that needs to get from point A to point B to earn their daily bread and the same time feeds my family. Good, no one did. This therefore tells me something dear to my heart, ‘we know what’s right but we are afraid or unwilling to do the right thing. Did you go to your place of worship the other day? If so what did the pastor, preacher, teacher or the ‘okomfo’ told you to adhered to in your daily life? I bet you million times the word was, “DO NOT BITE THE FINGERS THAT FEED YOU.’ Am I right or wrong? You see you couldn’t answer my positively, shame upon you!

We know all these good deeds while should we still keeps on heading the wrong way all the time? Is it because we don’t care for another all just because we assume the rest are stupid or simply put it we are the smart ones. Let me tell you you’re wrong to the “T” period. One day the fool will get it or you will reap what you sowed. That time the fool would be laughing to the bank. Just like those mulls who ends up in jail far away from home and the fools enjoy there labour, sweat, and loneliness in their five by six cells. You know those people anyway so do not pretend otherwise OK! The ones who just go back and forth with no particular established agenda but put up that big house you are living in and that fancy car park in front there. Enough of those carriers’ let talk about the junk “enkyekyema” owner killing our people one at a time. Don’t you think we the people deserve better than what the government and their chronics are providing us? Both are guilty in the sense that with by bribing the so call people elected governors good deeds are over looked or ignored resulting the death of hundreds of peoples on our roads every day. Yes we know there are not enough funds around to fix the roads, but please have the dignity to set up some rules to safe guard us.

Hey! I remember something that happened a while ago. Can someone proof me wrong or concurs with on this emergency law or act that took the mini buses like the Toyo Haice, Nissan Urvan and the rest from plying our so call highways? I mean operating as intercity and inter towns passenger vans? What were the cry of the “car owners’” then and now. And how many pool souls do you think have been saved to date? Don’t tell me if you do not know, or simply shut up if one of your love one has not been killed on the road by one of these killer machines. The Junker, “enkyekyema” “odi a wuo” “bone shaker” or whatever you might call that.

Please, Ladies wearing pants, take the lead for the men are boys it seems to me now and the boys are girls may be temporally if not for good. You see when Nana Yaa Asantewah yhe queen mother saw that the men were boys she took charge and saved the Asanti Kingdom which today some Chiefs and Kings are parading themselves in the hall ways of their palaces as if the whole world rest on their shoulders. Give me a break, if you don’t know, let me tell you heaven is on earth and yesterday came before today and tomorrow never comes you fool. Let us implement the good thoughts today for you never know what tomorrow will bring, even though it doesn’t exist.

I mean to say those old clunkers should and must be taken off our roads today for the blood shared till now on our roads is enough in my opinion, Mr. Transport Minister. Unless you want to scarifies your soul or one of your offerings to the gods of our ancestors like Nana Tweneboah Koduah, the paramount king of Kumawu gave his soul for the good of the nation of the then Asanti Kingdom, which some people are taking it for granted today. We will tolerate the “oburoni wawu “cloths is good so is their old cars and trucks provided they are not classified as salvaged, and please let us refrain ourselves from using those 20 plus years cars and trucks as passenger carriers.

I’ve to refresh my thoughts, so I’ve to sign off. Agya Yaw will be back

DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON
Submitted on 2009-04-07 10:42:50

DON’T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON

What is going on in Ghana now is unrealistic to me; I am hoping is not me onlythat thinks so, or I might have to check myself into mental hospital. My brothers and sister please help me understand myself. I know no one will jump over the cliff if asked to so, simply because no one wants to die. It was P Tosh that said everyone wants to go to Heaven but no one wants to die, am I right or wrong? Ok! Folks listen to me carefully once and for all. If the government is not going help us solve our problems why can’t we solve them ourselves? The last time I check, the parliament has not been able or simply put it, ‘nothing prevents our so call kings and traditional rulers making by laws to safe guard their subordinates in any form. To this effect why can’t the rulers come out with something to help their peoples? Should I think they are incapable to do so? Nananom, Oman-npanifor , listen to me carefully, in not far gone days a ruler will send his worriers to fight for his people just because another kingdom just trespass on into his or maltreat one of his folks much more killing one of his people. The greedy are making money driving death trip trucks and cars in your kingdom killing your people here and there whiles you turn your head the other way. Good! A time may come that there will be no one else to adore or pamper you, and then you will know you ‘what’ Please if the bull dogs at the realm of the of the government will not abolished those deadly vehicle roaming around our towns and villages killing your sons and daughters please do something about that for the sick of you subordinates. Go ahead and issue permits to all commercial vehicle applying in your towns and villages. By so doing you will be able to eliminate the deadly ones and also earns hard funds to develop your towns and villages if not for yourself. Thinking about this brings to mind a sort of employment our towns and villages are lacking these days. Take Nsawam for example, the average age of taxi there is about 18 years. Getting rid of any one 20 years or order will bring the traffic grid down considerable there by helping the sanitation workers safe environment to do their jobs. The brightness that will fall upon the town and its people will be great. That also will bring better cars and trucks to the town. There should be a different between passenger cars or trucks and cargo ones. Isn’t shame to see a 35 years old taxi loaded with cargo on the roof, trunk and back seat and still carrying one or two passengers while the Ghana Police Force looking the other way simply because the said taxi might have grease their palms or it belongs to someone she/he might know. One day the whole transportation system will collapse right in front of us. If you think I am joking look back just few years. J. J. Rawlings accident on motor way, the brain surgeon from Korle Bu, all the MP’s ones and much more. If the Police Force is not capable to police themselves why can’t the traditional rulers jump in like it used to be in the olden days. I still remember the so call Ohene police force doing the work of the tradition council. Correcting properties taxes market day fees and instilling the bylaws of the town in question. The national house of chiefs should come up with something good than fight over dough nuts and goodies at their so call meetings. OOOPSS I forget they are the worst of all in taking bribes. That is another topic I am working on. I got names and facts that are forth coming in a day or two. Read on Agya Yaw will have to go

THE IMPORTATION OF "KILLING DEVICES"
Submitted on 2009-04-01 11:04:50

THE SALVAGE CARS AND TRUCKS ARE "KILLING DEVICES"

Mr. Transport Minister

Agya yaw is back again in full force blaming every one from lack of good education to

The deadly devices call Burger car or truck we are shipping home (Ghana)

OK! If you don’t know I will tell you in a minute, is it all that important to send home

(Ghana) a car, or a truck, for one to be recognized as a “Been To” or “ABOROKYERI MAN” or simply put it a BURGER? I don’t think so. Why should some one who can’t even afford to rent a good decent place to live in the so call “ABOROKYIRE” have to send home a car or truck to be recognized.

Ok! BURGERS, AMERICA MAN/GIRL, AMESTERDAM BURGER and rest listen

To me instead of starving yourself to death just to ship home rejected cars and trucks to be recognized, do me a favor and tread yourself with decent apartment and good diet, share some weight, get rid of “muffin tops” or the pot berry. You know what; the best cars and trucks are yet to come. If you don’t know your children are lacking good education in ABOROKYIRE too if they happened to be living with you. Please pay attention to your kids needs first for there is a pride in that. Well educated offerings worth more than the Toyotas, Nissan, VW BMW, and rest, if mom and dad didn’t tell you.

Yes I know, I’ve done that and reap from it, which is why I am telling you not repeat same mistake I did. The kids we ignore today are going to do the same kind of odd jobs we doing today. I was ashamed when I met an old friend mine that advice me not to do what I was doing and concentrate on my kids, you know what he got now? PRIDE and good FEELING, “ With the kids doing well and earning six figures income they can afford the BMWs, Lexus and the mansion you know

The main topic to this is folks we left our country to find better live for our selves and

our future offerings if we did not have one or two at home before we left motherland. Instead of all these good thoughts we are doing the opposite. We are killing them one at a time with the kind of cars and trucks we are shipping home isn’t ashamed and abhorring to kill those we thought we are helping by those over age and salvage cars and trucks.

O Yes! we are the killers if you don’t know by now. Weren’t you the one that send home the truck or car with “SALVAGE TITLE” to be used as your kid’s school and errand transport, or to be sold to the highest bidder? Look you are behind on your kids’ education and further more the roach and mice infected place you call home does not befits you in person. Please change you habit and do the right thing. If you can not afford it, shank it, for it does not work in the KINGDOM GOD. Thy will reap what THY sowed. Even to those of us who don’t believe the PENTICOASTAL and rest of Churches, say or does, it is immoral to do so for JAH the RASTAFRIAN will not forgive you for that. For it is said do onto others what you want to be done onto you.

Please don’t kill the messenger for until you get a phone call from home giving you the bad news of this kind of nature, “SHE or HE” dies in car or truck accident then you will know what I am talking about. I know the government can eliminate this killing device with just a stroke of pen. IMPORTED SALVAGE cars and trucks should not be imported into Ghana, period; we the citizens deserve better than that Mr. President, and Mr. Transport Minister. HELP STOP THE KILLINGS

It happened again Mr. Transport Minister
Submitted on 2009-03-25 08:25:40 (modified 2009-03-25 18:11:20)

It happened again Mr. Transport Minister Did I read it somewhere that an average of 40 people dies on Accra Cape Coast road a month? Do you see and read what the media put ups? The cars and trucks involved in all those deadly accidents? More likely none of the cars involved are 20 years or younger. Those happened to be newer are putty filled bodies. Why all these? Simply it’s the kind of cars being allowed into the country. I happened to be at of the port of dispatcher in U S and what I saw was no good. The accident cars and trucks been shipped into the country, I mean what might be call condemn ones, those meant for scrap metals shops and yards. Why should Insurance write off (totaled) cars and trucks with salvage titles (documents) allowed to enter Ghana? If the cars or trucks are repairable and will meet the safety standard, the insurer will not write it off but repair them rather than pay hefty sums to the customer. Don’t get me wrong there are good ones out there, but those coming to GHANA are not. We don’t have the equipments and tool to do those job in our motherland Ghana, even if we do I don’t still think we can’t do it right way that will meet the manufactured safety standard. Have anyone ever follow one of these cars or truck before? Let me give you a hint, if you wants to recognized one, 1) The said car or truck seems to be going sideways like crib walks2) The tire wear uneven and seem like one side is higher 3) They are always freshly painted and magnet can’t adhere to the body4) To drive these car or truck one have to counter steer or else you will end up in the ditch or in coming car as is been going on.

Mr. Transport Minister, you could do something about it today with just your pen or word of month. Any such a car or truck will no longer accepted in the country no matter what at a set date. Like I said before, the older car that we use putty and fresh paint to cover up the rust and defective body and mostly the chassis parts are the culprit to our dilemma. Do you see that Mr. Transport Minister, just by implementing the previous advice will save you, me, our kids’ mother and the rest of the family? You know lot of transport owner will hate you but the riders will love you. One more time any car over 20 years should lose their commercial license by the end of the year. In 2010 any car over 18 years should have the same faith till we reach 10 years for taxis and under 12 passenger car and mini buses, 12 years for 13 to 20 passenger buses, 15 years for anything above 21 passengers. I will be back with the rest of advice. A word to the wise is enough. Edgar yaw Opoku-Mensah signing off.

TO KUMAWU KING MAKERS
Submitted on 2009-03-23 18:15:53

TO KUMAWU KING MAKERS

Look in a short time someone from the "Aduana" clan of Kumawu will be installed as the next "Omanhene" of Kumawu traditional area. What a prestigious honour that will be. Let's stop and think for a moment, or go back to the good old days. The good old days I'm talking about. Born and schooled in Kumawu during the reign of Obarima Otuo Acheampong. I had the privilege of seeing good things happening in Kumawu. "Stone City" as was call, new school, (LA middle) clinic, main street repaired, working tap water, secondary school, and employers like ministry of agric, forestry, survey and lot of others all stationed in Kumawu. There were other kinds of employment in and around the town. Simply put it, there were life in town. But I'm not saying somebody chased them out of town, far from that, but if I could say this, somebody did not care to keep them in Kumawu after the death of motivated and cheer leading Nana Obarima Otuo Acheampong. The then Development Council headed by Oheneba Yaw Mensah had a good vision for the town during and after the reign Obarima Acheampong. That was the reason why the support of "ahenema, ahenenananom” the students union (headed by present Aduanahene, alias Joe Fly) and the well to do citizens of Kumawuman, went to the Obarima Asumadu Sakyi. He was university graduate. Studied town planning and architect. All hopes were on him to continue the good work going on in Kumawu at that time. The rest of the story will be judge by history. Now the challenge goes to the present day king maker of Kumawu, The people of Kumawu have good vision for their town but I'm afraid material worth might throw them over board. They say history repeats itself at the same time it has been said we learn from our mistakes. The question I'm asking is which way are we going to take? Repeat history by correcting or learning from our mistakes or continue from where "HE" left us. Every one in the land is either related to Nana Kwame Afram or Kwaku Kumi in one way or the other we are one big family in whichever way you put it. "Nua do ma ahoto" (Unity produce peace) let us unit from this day forward. Nananom, Krontihene, Nifahene, Bekumhene, Akwamuhehe, Sumankwaahene, Sanaahene. Aduanahene, Ohemaa and everybody involve in the enstoolment of the next Obarima Nana Kumawumanhene, the son and daughters of Oman Kumawu is entrusting you to put aside oneness (me me me ideals) and acknowledge the cry of the youth for the kingdom of Kumawu rest on the youth shoulders. Kumawu was a vibrant town with every citizen wanting to go home on every little chance, and proud to bring along friends and strangers at the same time. Your son and daughters want to head back home after these long hours in the wilderness, hoping to see the open arms of fathers and mothers with big unity smile on their faces. There should be plenty to eat, drink and to talk about. No more divisions, but unity, no more "me" but "yen yen" no more "me nfaho" but "so me mu" let make our kids and grandkids happy and proud of us. Those in "Aburokyire" are listening and waiting; don’t let them give up on us. A spill honey that attracts bees also attracts other insects. Please let us do the right thing for the sick of the future. Owam eeeeh!!!!!! Owam eeh!!, eeeehhh Owam eeh!! Owam kasa preko oooh!! oma ne ho soa!! amansa hyease ooh!! yeeeehhh eeeehhh!!!!. se wo tri afu a ma odom nyiwo!!!.

It’s me Agya Yaw calling you all to do the right thing one more time
