Obrafour & Co To Launch ?Executioner?s Diary? Compilation @ Kumasi

Obrafour Come Saturday May 1st, the stage will be set ablaze at Prempeh College when Obrafour, Song Writer of the Year 2004 and his fellow hiplife musicians mount the stage to launch the ?Executioner?s Diary? album.

The hottest launch is expected to showcase all the artistes that featured on the compilation album that is Paa Dogo, Tinny, Yogi Doggi, Okra Tom, Hot Core, Okyeame Quame and Paul Kese.

According to Kahn, one of the organisers of the Execution Entertainment team, the show will start at 8pm. ?The reason why we chose Kumasi was that the music market in Kumasi is very high and launching a big album like this will be a good thing?, he said when asked about the venue.

In a telephone conversation with Ghana Music.Com, Kahn was asked about what should hiplife fans out there expect. He said ?the expectancy should be very high because Execution Entertainment will be showcasing some of the best hiplife artistes in the music industry and can?t for see any reason why this launch won?t be the biggest in Kumasi?

Currently almost all the tracks from the compilation are enjoying massive airplay by almost all the stations in Accra and Kumasi. Guests artistes expected to perform are Ofori Amponsah, Okomfo Kwadee and Nkasei. For his last words he said ?For Execution Entertainment it has been success because you won?t find most of the hiplife artistes on an album by a hiplife star?.
