'Dwarfs coach summoned over abuse'

The head coach for Ebusua Dwarfs was invited yesterday (Tuesday) by the Police for abusing a staff of the Cape Coast Regional Football Association.

J.E Sarpong is reported to have abused Agatha Forson, a worker of the Cape Coast RFA, hence compelled the Police to invite him for questioning.

According to the reports, the enthusiastic Coach and the General Secretary for Dwarfs, Bob Stephens attacked the woman, accusing her for using her witchcraft to plot the down fall of Dwarfs

“Coach J.E Sarpong attacked a woman working with the Cape Coast RFA and also accused her of witchcraft. He believes the woman is the one working spiritually against Dwarfs and his action was backed by Bob Stephens.

“This terrified the woman, so we advised her to report the case to the Police which she did and as a result Coach J.E Sarpong was invited for questioning, but I don’t know what happened afterwards,” the General Secretary of the Cape Coast RFA, Chris Mensah told Asempa fm

Further checks by Allsports.com.gh indicate that Ebusua Dwarfs have engaged the services of a pastor and he is the one who informed the team of madam Agatha Forson’s evil deeds against the club.

The Cape Coasters believe the regional RFA is even backing Elmina Sharks to earn qualification to the middle league ahead of them.

Dwarfs are currently leading the zone 2 of the GN Bank National Division One League and Elmina Sharks are second with just two points difference.
