Andre Ayew named in Marseille squad to face Montpellier

Olympique Marseille coach Marcelo Bielsa has named Andre Ayew in his 21-man squad to face Montpellier on Sunday despite earlier concerns about his fitness.

The Ghana international picked up a hamstring injury in training on Wednesday and was huge doubt.

But it seems the 2014 World Cup star has passed a late fitness and expected to boost Marseille chances of winning their first home match the Velodrome stadium.

Andre was a second half substitute in last week’s 3-3 draw at Bastia.
