After all, they have played and managed themselves with the Black Stars always except that they got to an unbearable point. The change must come from the officials of the government and GFA officials who take every opportunity to enrich themselves at the expense of the players.

I agree that GFA is likely at fault here but, as professional players they are at fault for the following reasons:
1) They should have hired a player rep who sorts everything out before the tournament.
2) There should be a contract.
3) Even after all that has happened, there should be a player press conference explaining to the public all that happened.

Right now, all we are getting is bits and pieces of information here and there. This tells me that these players are not good for the team morale because they do not have a strategy as to how to prevent or handle disputes.

Is it not his responsibility to let the players know that they are like soldiers sent to a battle to fight.
He rather made the GFA like his gold mine or cocoa farm and planted the love of money among the players.
Asamoah Gyan is also not a serious person and should also be stripped of the captaincy because a captain who is to organize a player press conference to solve the pending problems decided to go and kill his friend Castro. The same Asamoah Gyan who instead of appealing for the goal against Suarez in the 2010 world cup, was rather fighting over penalties because he want a goal king. I have been saying this start the match with the strong big boys, demoralize your opponent then you can bring on the 'kids'later if you want. Football, soccer for that matter is a psychology,brain work if you like. Give your opponent no room for confidence, AA did the otherwise i am still upsrt about that. The USA'S preparation for the Brazil was all about Ghana then we played it into their hands by fielding inexperience players-kids, who does that only a jerk will do that. If Ghana had come out of the group stage we would have gone very far.
