I look out for confidence - Kwesi Appiah

Coach of the Ghana Black Stars James Kwesi Appiah has said that one key thing that informs his choice of selection of players into the national team is their confidence level.

Speaking exclusively to www.sports24gh.com, the soft spoken coach said, " One thing that I consider during my selection is the players confidence. For me, I believe in selecting players who can stand in for the country at any point in time and in any part of the World".

"I believe that when you are made the national team coach your duty is to look for the best Ghanaian players available at all levels and not whether the player is from the U-20 or from the Black Meteors".
