Kwarasey rejects fresh Stromsgodset contract

Ghana international goalkeeper Adambathia Larsen Kwarasey has rejected a fresh contract from Stromsgodset.

The 26-year-old’s contract with the Norwegian side expires after the season and according to Norwegian tabloid Drammam Tidende, this is the second time in less than three weeks the Ghanaian has rejected a new deal.

Kwarasey will probably have World Cup games for Ghana this summer and his stock is expected to rise hence Godset are hoping to tie him down before the Mundial.

The Stromsgodset keeper is the best in the Norwegian league with German side Hertha Berlin, Stuttgart as well as Rosenborg all interested in him.

He joined Stromsgodset in 2007 and helped them to win the Norwegian cup in 2010 and also the league last year which was the second in their entire history.
