Let’s remember, very few Ghanaian players other than Michael Essien were well-known at the start of 2010. And who had heard of their manager? Rajevac’s previous coaching experience consisted of coaching the likes of FK Vojvodina, Borac Cacak and Zeleznik. He created an excellent, disciplined young side that impressed at the Africa Cup of Nations, keeping the same formation and strategy for the World Cup, where they had to do without Essien. The 4-1-4-1 was solid at the back, dominant in midfield, and Asamoah Gyan was a constant threat upfront. Were it not for Luis Suarez’s hand, Rajevac would have been the first ever manager to guide an African side to the semi-finals of a World Cup – and this from a side who were favourites to finish bottom of their group".
Milo beat Tabarez of Uruquay, Bosque of Spain, Leow of Germany etc he beat these other managers because they had better teams than we had and yet we nearly went to the semi-final. Right now Ghana has better players than in 2010, because most of the players have matured and the weaker ones have fallen through the cracks. What we need now is discipline and tactics and that should come from the manager.

What sort of advice does Ghana needs from Milo? One goal project advice or what? How can one goal project advice benefit someone who wants more goals.
The end result of soccer is the win and the number of goals scored. A game is won by goal difference between the two sides.
If Milo is good why is he still not working? Some will say his demands are high. Yes Ghana paid him so much because of 10% but not every country asks for 10% so he cannot demand so high so as to put him pout of work. The fact is he is not good and Ghana cannot rely on him.
The idea of seeking Obroni help when a black man has qualified a team for WC has not worked for those African countries who resorted to it. (Nigeria, Togo, etc) and it will also not work for Ghana.
Allow the the local coach to do his work and if he himself says he cannot handle the team then give it to Konadu or Selas Tetteh.
Ghana is supposed to lead in everything in Africa but corruption and bad leadership has seen this vision wiped away.

"....then give it to Konadu or Sellas Tetteh.." I am surprise you are accusing Milo of one goal project yet you want the job to be given to someone to supervise a "Penalty Goal Project?" Have you forgotten what transpired at the just ended CHAN Tournament? An advisor doesn't mean an indictment on Akwasi Appiah's ability. I think his technical knowledge is getting better all the time. In fact he proved this in our match against Montenegro (despite the result and the attacks by some Ghanaians). If you don't know Rajevac worked behind the scenes from the Semi-Final stages when the Black Satellites won the World Youth Tournament in Egypt. Ask any member of that winning squad. If you like you can check the official photograph of the winning team just after they were handed the trophy. I don't think it is wise at this stage to allow xenophobia
cloud our judgement. If that's the case then I am afraid to say then we should apply such mentality in all aspects and fabric of Ghanaian life including business, commerce and finance.

Have you ever considered that maybe, the Ghanaian traditional poor shooting style matches well with Serbian technical expertise?
That one-goal project nearly won the world cup and put Ghana on the map. We lost because the Ghanaian traditional poor shooting habits came back to haunt us by missing a simple penalty kick.
GHANA CANNOT SHOOT, PERIOD! If you think you are going to play opponents like Lesotho and Malawi in Brazil, you are going to come home after three embarrassing games. Just remember what CR and Portugal just did to Cameroon and Eto'o a few days ago. We do not even have a striker in the caliber of either Samuel Eto'o or German-born Choupo-Moting.

Ghana won all those cups long time ago when there were only a handful of some pitiful African teams participating.
The guy is right. Do not think the Germans or the Portuguese or Americans are going to Brazil to open their tight toto wide open for Ghana to put their little pricks inside; And, if you think you gonna open up your already loose toto even more for players like Rolando, Ozil and Klose to enter, then I am afraid Ghana will come home pregnant with septuplex because those guys have big pricks.
The guy is right. Maybe, there is something about the marriage of Ghana talent and Serbia expertise that seems to work for Ghana.
After all,it was Serbians Dujkovic and Milo who introduced us to World Cup soccer in the first place, and we did OK. Sellas Tetteh also studied under Dujkovic and we all know about the results of that partnership.
Just like "white men can't jump" playing basketball, Ghana players can't shoot. That is why the one-goal project works.

We had never gone back to England asking them to help us manage our country when we became self governor 57 years ago. The GFA had not asked any FA to help them manage our football even through they are doing a crappie job regarding our local league. I do not believe that Milovan Rajevac was behind the screen during our conquer of the world in 2009 he may be there in his capacity as the Black Star coach but he was not helping Sallis Tetteh he was the to scout for players the same as Akwesi Appiah did during local Black Star tournament at South Africa.
Akwesi Appiah led the local Black Stars to the final of tournament in Ivory Coast when Milovan Rajevac took over we lost to Congo the team we have beat when Akwesi was in charge.
Please let Akwesi Appiah go all alone and if he fail we would live to try again.

I agree, AA is technically bankrupt. What makes a good coach is the ability to identify the best man for each position and their backups, fitness of the players, ability to psyche the players to believe in themselves and that they can beat any team and finally, they ability to study how opposing teams are structured to be able to map out strategies to nullify their strength and capitalize on the weaknesses using your strength at the same time managing your weaknesses, that is why guys a like Mourinho are good at what they do. Brazil will be AA's defining moment, it will make or break his reputation. The stakes are high at WCs, where the least mistake at any level of preparation will find any team packing to go home. In order to do well the coach has to make certain demands of the highest caliber and hope that his tactics are rewarded with victory!!!
